MSA Host 1st Annual Lunch and Learn
The Missouri Soybean Association (MSA) is hosting its first annual Lunch and Learn March 26, at 9:30 a.m., MSA office, Jefferson City. MSA Acting Interim Director Neal Bredehoeft said that this is an opportunity for soybean producers to share their thoughts with those representing us in Jefferson City.
“I think it is important for our members to hear from those who are working to preserve our rights as farmers,” said Bredehoeft. “Our first annual Lunch and Learn will be an opportunity for producers to meet together and discuss current issues.”
List of speakers for the event include Director of Missouri Department of Agriculture Richard Fordyce, President of MSA Tom Raffety, National Biodiesel Board Tom Verry, Executive Director of Missouri Farmers Care Dan Kleinsorge and National Biodiesel Board Shelby Neal.
“An update on current biodiesel legislation and issues will also be addressed throughout the day,” said Bredehoeft, “We encourage anyone with interest to join us with their questions.”
