Lincoln University researchers are evaluating soybean meal as a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to fish meal in aquaculture feed. Supported by Missouri soybean farmers' checkoff investments, the research examines fish performance, feed efficiency and the potential to create new markets for Missouri soybeans.
