Teriyaki Glazed Burgers

INGREDIENTS

For the Burgers:

  • 2-pounds of ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 8 slices of Havarti cheese
  • 8 toasted burger buns

DIRECTIONS

For the Burgers:

  • Mix ground beef, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, onion powder and garlic powder.
  • With the ground beef mixture make 8 four-ounce patties.
  • Season patties with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the patties on the griddle and cook for 3-4 per side.
  • On the first flip baste burger patties with the rest of the teriyaki sauce.
  • Flip one more time for 30-seconds to 1-minute until teriyaki sauce is caramelized on the burger.
  • Remove burgers from the pan and top with cheese.

For the Toppings:

  • Toast or grill the burger buns.
  • Top buns with burgers and toppings of your choice.
