Do Crop Rotation and Cover Crops Impact Soil Health, Soil Water, Productivity, and Profitability in Missouri Soybean Systems?

The goals and objectives of this study are 1) to evaluate the effects of crop rotation and cover crops on soybean productivity and profitability; 2) to evaluate the effects of crop rotation and cover crops on soil health in soybean systems; 3) to correlate soil water availability with aggregate stability and other soil health factors and 4) to provide science-based guidelines for Missouri soybean producers on the value of crop rotation and cover crops.
