Aaron Porter

Aaron Porter serves as the Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council chair. Aaron represents farmers’ interests and effectively manages checkoff investments. He believes in always striving to maximize profitability for farmers around the state through innovative research-derived solutions, comprehensive consumer and stakeholder engagement, and novel market development strategies. Aaron appreciates seeing the positive impact of the board’s and staff’s efforts that advance the position of soybeans in a world demanding high-quality protein and sustainable, renewable oils and fuels. Aaron and his wife, Sarah, have three children. Together they farm soybeans, corn and cotton in Dexter, Missouri.
