About Bryan

Bryan Stobaugh, Missouri Soybean Association and Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council Director of Licensing and Commercialization, increases farmers’ bottom lines by bringing Missouri Soybeans’ research outcomes to Missouri farms. With the diversity of soy, Bryan works with growers, developers, investors and industry to ensure the researched products are commercialized to benefit soybean farmers’ profit opportunities.

After growing up on a 6,000-acre row crop farm with rice, corn and soybeans, Bryan attended Arkansas Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry. He went on to receive his Master of Science at the University of Arkansas studying soybean breeding and genetics. Prior to coming to Missouri Soybeans, Bryan worked in several roles including consulting, adjunct genetics professor and regulatory scientist, which led to his passion of bringing genetics and soybean demand research to commercialization. When not at the office, he and his partner, Tyson, enjoy traveling, visiting their families in Arkansas and Texas, playing with their three dogs and participating in fitness activities, especially CrossFit and Peloton.
