Stephanie Rackers

As Finance Manager for Missouri Soybeans, Stephanie Rackers supports the organization’s financial operations through the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and compliance oversight. Working closely with the finance team, she helps ensure accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment across both the Missouri Soybean Association and Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council.

Stephanie brings more than five years of accounting experience and a strong background in agribusiness. Before joining Missouri Soybeans, she served as Director of Accounting at Bobby Medlin CPA Group. She holds an MBA in Accounting from Columbia College and a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with a minor in Accounting from Missouri Valley College.

Stephanie currently lives in Russellville with her husband and young daughter.
