Andrew Lance serves on the Missouri Soybean Association Board as a District 1 director. He serves Missouri farmers by being their day-to-day point of contact. He also helps soybean farmers by educating them on production concerns, state and federal policy and what Missouri Soybean Association is doing to help them. His favorite part about being involved on the board is getting to learn more about, and help in, the policy affecting farmers. He enjoys working with the legislature to secure a better future for farmers in his area and the rural lifestyle. Andrew is a fourth-generation farmer. He and his father, Tim, have been involved in seed sales and genetics since 1985. They also grow soybeans, corn and wheat and have a Red Angus cow/calf operation. Andrew and his wife, Jenny, have three children.
