About Faith

Faith Smith serves as the Portfolio and Project Lifecycle Manager for Missouri Soybeans. In this role, she oversees the organization’s diverse project portfolio, ensuring each initiative is successfully executed, while also leading the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance grower engagement.

A native of southeast Missouri, Faith’s connection to agriculture began at the Fischer Delta Research Center in Portageville, MO. She later earned her degree in food science and nutrition from the University of Missouri–Columbia, solidifying her passion for supporting the agricultural community.

Before joining Missouri Soybeans, Faith worked as the quality assurance manager for Prairie Farms-Central Dairy, where she honed her skills in leadership and process improvement. She is driven by her commitment to Missouri’s farmers and the people who passionately serve them, making her a valuable part of the Missouri Soybeans team. She currently lives in Jefferson City with her husband and two children.
